"content": "Shipping Last updated 14 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order. Where we deliver We deliver across the UK. If you are outside the UK, email us at theteam@buttwasher.net before you order. What delivery costs Standard delivery is free on orders of £75 or more. Below that, standard delivery costs £25. If you use a discount code, the £75 is counted after the discount comes off. Your basket shows the delivery charge before you pay. You can also choose express delivery in your basket for £25. Express is a paid upgrade, so the £25 applies even when your order would get free standard delivery. How long it takes We handle and pack each order within 24-48 hours. Once it is dispatched, delivery takes 5-7 days. The 5-7 days do not include the handling time, so allow for both. Tracking your parcel When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel on our Track Your Parcel page. Separate parcels Items from the same order may be sent in separate parcels and arrive on different days. If part of your order has turned up and you are not sure about the rest, email us and we will check. Late, lost or damaged parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the times above, email us with your order number and we will chase it. If it has been lost, we refund the full cost of the goods and the delivery charge. If it arrives damaged, our Refunds & Returns page explains how we put it right. Questions before you order Need your order by a certain date, or not sure about delivery to your address? Email theteam@buttwasher.net before you buy. We aim to reply within one business day.",

"content": "Refunds & Returns Last updated 14 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order. Changed your mind, or something is not right with your order? This page explains what to do. It covers buying from us as a consumer in the UK, and nothing on it takes away your legal rights. Your right to cancel The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give UK consumers 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order, for any reason. We give you 15 days. If your order comes in separate parcels, the time starts when the last parcel arrives. To cancel, email theteam@buttwasher.net with your order number before your 15 days are up. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. No fees for cancelling There is no cancellation fee. We do not take any packing, processing or restocking charge off your refund. What we refund, and when We refund the price you paid for the goods and the standard delivery charge. If you paid for express delivery, we refund what standard delivery would have cost, as the law allows. You get your refund within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back, or the day you send us proof that you posted them, whichever comes first. We aim to process it within 24-48 hours of the goods reaching us. Your card provider or PayPal may then take a few working days to show it. We refund to the payment method you used. If you would rather, we can keep the amount as credit towards a future order. Sending back something you changed your mind about For a change of mind return, the item should be unused and in its original packaging, and you need your order confirmation or other proof that you bought it from this website. We cannot take back items bought from other retailers. You pay the postage for a change of mind return. Use a service that gives you proof of postage, because the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Items that have been fitted or used If an item arrives sealed, and you break the seal and then fit it or use it, we may refuse to take it back as a change of mind return. The law allows this for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed (regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We apply this narrowly. It does not cover an item you have not fitted or used, and it never applies to goods that are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items This applies to everything we sell, and nothing above limits it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for purpose. If something you receive is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered: within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it for a full refund; after that, you can ask for a repair or a replacement; if a repair or replacement does not fix it, you can ask for a refund or a price reduction. We pay the cost of sending back faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Damaged in transit, parts missing or the wrong item If a parcel arrives damaged, has parts missing or has the wrong item in it, email us with your order number as soon as you can. A photo of the item and the packaging helps us sort it out faster, but you do not need one to use your rights. We will put it right with a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. Order not received If your order has not arrived, email us with your order number and we will look into it. If a parcel is lost on the way, we refund the full cost of the goods and the delivery charge. Cancelling before dispatch You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Orders are dispatched after a 24-48 hour handling time, so email us as soon as you can. If your order has already gone, you can still cancel it within your 15 days, as explained above. How to start a return Email theteam@buttwasher.net and include: your name; your order number; the product you are returning; the email address you ordered with; a short note on what happened, or simply that you changed your mind. We will reply with the address to send it to. Please wait for our reply before you post anything, so your parcel goes to the right place and is matched to your order. If something goes wrong If you are not happy with how we dealt with a return, email theteam@buttwasher.net with your order number and the word \"complaint\" in the subject line. A person will go through your case again from the beginning. Your statutory rights stay the same whatever this page says.",

"content": "Terms & Conditions Last updated 14 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order. These terms apply when you use buttwasher.net or buy from Bidet Co UK , a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our Shipping , Refunds & Returns , Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages are part of these terms. Placing an order means you accept them, so please read them first. Words we use \"We\", \"us\" and \"the seller\" mean Bidet Co UK, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. \"You\" and \"the buyer\" mean the person or organisation placing the order. \"Goods\" means the products you order from us. \"The website\" means buttwasher.net. How we trade We sell online only. We have no shop or showroom, and we do not offer an installation service. Our team answers email 7 days a week, and we aim to reply within one business day. Using the website You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: use it in a way that breaks any law; try to get into our systems without permission, or interfere with how the site works; copy or republish our text, photos or branding without our written permission; give false details or pretend to be someone else. The Bidet Co UK name, logo, product photos and written content belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Products and descriptions We describe each product using the details its supplier publishes. When a detail such as a measurement is not published, the product page says so rather than guessing. Photos show each product as closely as we can, but colours and finishes can look a little different on your screen. Prices All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We do not add VAT at checkout. You pay the price shown in your basket when you place the order, plus any delivery charge shown there. If we find a clear mistake in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before we send it. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Discount codes come off the price of the goods only. They do not reduce the delivery charge. Payment Payment is due in full when you place your order. You can pay by card through Stripe, or with PayPal. You enter your payment details on Stripe's or PayPal's own secure pages, so we never see or store your full card number. If a payment is declined or does not go through, no order is placed and nothing is sent. Goods stay ours until we have received payment in full. Orders and your contract When you place an order, you are offering to buy the goods. We accept your offer, and a contract is formed, when we email you to confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full. Please check your delivery address, email address and phone number before you pay. We are not responsible for a delay or a failed delivery caused by details that were entered wrongly. Delivery We deliver across the UK. Standard delivery is free on orders of £75 or more, and costs £25 below that. Orders are dispatched after a 24-48 hour handling time and arrive in 5-7 days. If you are outside the UK, email us before you order. Our Shipping page has the full details, including express delivery. The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to you. If a parcel is lost on the way, we refund the full cost of the goods and the delivery charge. Cancelling and returning If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order. We give you 15 days, and there is no cancellation fee. You pay the postage to send back something you changed your mind about. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies and we pay to put it right. An item that came sealed, and was then unsealed and fitted or used, may be refused as a change of mind return for hygiene reasons. That never applies to faulty goods. Our Refunds & Returns page takes you through each step. Fitting your product Our hand bidets, toilet bidet attachment, bidet toilet seat and hand shower connect to your water supply or a tap. Installation and backflow requirements apply: follow the product instructions and the water regulations where you live, and use a qualified plumber if you are unsure. Our Disclaimer says more about this. Complaints If you are unhappy with a product or with our service, email theteam@buttwasher.net with your order number and what went wrong. A person will look at your case and reply, and we aim to do that within one business day. Making a complaint does not change your legal rights. Our liability If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. Our Limited Liability Indemnity page sets out the limits on that, and the things we never limit. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We work to keep the website running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be taken to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order. Questions about these terms? Email theteam@buttwasher.net or call +66 98 391 3877 before you order.
