None of the bidets heats water, and the store does not sell powered bidet seats. ## Fitting The hand held sprayers, the under seat attachment and the bidet seat connect to the cold water supply to the toilet cistern with a T-valve and a braided hose. Installation and backflow requirements apply: follow the product instructions and the water regulations where you live, and use a qualified plumber if you are unsure. The sink sprayer connects to a tap through a diverter that replaces the tap aerator. The portable travel bidet and the bum towels need no connection. ## Delivery - UK wide. Free on orders of £75 or more; £25 below that. An express option is available at £25. - Orders are dispatched after a 24-48 hour handling time and arrive in 5-7 days. - A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels. - Outside the UK: email us before ordering. ## Payment - Card (processed by Stripe) and PayPal. Card details are handled by Stripe and PayPal and are never stored by us. ## Returns - UK consumers have 14 days to cancel an online order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This store allows 15 days from delivery. - Change of mind returns must be unused, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. The customer pays return postage. - The refund covers the price paid and standard delivery, within 14 days of the goods coming back (or proof they were sent). There is no cancellation fee. - A sealed item that has been unsealed and fitted or used may be refused as a change of mind return for hygiene reasons.
