About Bidet Co UK
Bidets and the few things that go with them, sold online and delivered across the UK.
What we do
We sell bidets online. That means hand held sprayers, an attachment that goes under the toilet seat you already have, a toilet seat with the bidet built in, and a travel bidet for your bag. We also sell a sprayer for a sink or bath tap, and towels for drying off afterwards.
We are an online shop and nothing else. There is no showroom to visit, and we do not send anyone round to fit things. You order on this site, we dispatch the order, and it comes to your door.
How we work
Orders are dispatched after a 24 to 48 hour handling time and arrive in 5 to 7 days. We email you a tracking number when the parcel goes out. Delivery is free across the UK on orders of £75 or more, and £25 below that.
You pay by card or PayPal, and you check out as a guest. There is no account to set up.
Our support team answers email 7 days a week, and we aim to reply within one business day. If you are not sure which model suits your toilet, email theteam@buttwasher.net before you buy.
Fitting and water
The hand held sprayers, the under seat attachment and the bidet seat all connect to the cold water pipe that fills your cistern. A T-valve goes on that pipe and a braided hose runs from it to the bidet. The water is cold, and there are no electrics at the toilet.
Installation and backflow requirements apply to any bidet spray next to a toilet. Follow the product instructions and the water regulations where you live, and use a qualified plumber if you are unsure.
The travel bidet is the odd one out. You fill it from a tap, charge it by USB and take it with you, and it connects to nothing.
What we sell
Hand held sprayers
Hand held bidet sprayer kits in stainless steel, gold and black. Each kit has a T-valve and a braided hose, and the valve sets the pressure and shuts the water off.
Toilet bidets
A non electric attachment that sits under your existing seat, with a rear wash and a front wash. Or a non electric toilet seat and lid with the bidet built in, in D and O shapes.
Travel bidet
A rechargeable portable bidet with its own water tank. Fill it from a tap, use it, and pack it back in its bag.
Sink sprayer and towels
A hand shower attachment for a sink or bath tap, which fits in place of the tap's aerator. And reusable bum towels, five to a pack, for drying off.

What do you not sell?

Do you have a shop or showroom?
No. We are online only, with no shop, no showroom and no installation service.
Who do you sell to?
Households across the UK through the shop, and anyone buying in quantity through the wholesale page.
What do you say a bidet does?
It washes you with water after the toilet, so you feel clean and use less paper for drying. That is the claim, and we do not stretch it.
How do you describe your products?
From the details the supplier publishes. Where a size, weight or material is not published, the product page says so rather than guessing.
Why do you mention backflow on so many pages?
Because it matters. A bidet spray beside a toilet counts as a high backflow risk, and installation and backflow requirements apply: follow the product instructions and the water regulations where you live, and use a qualified plumber if you are unsure.
Do you install bidets?
No. We sell the kits only. Each fitted kit comes with the parts to connect it to the cold supply to your cistern.
Why are you so upfront that the water is cold?
Because it is. The fitted bidets run on the cold supply to the cistern, and we would rather you know that before you order than after.
How do you handle orders?
Orders are recorded in our order system and passed to our fulfilment team. They are dispatched after a 24 to 48 hour handling time and arrive in 5 to 7 days.
How do you deliver?
By tracked delivery across the UK. We email your tracking number when your order ships, and items in one order may come in separate parcels.
What does delivery cost?
It is free on UK orders of £75 or more, and £25 below that. An express option is available at £25.
How can I pay you?
By card, processed by Stripe, or with PayPal.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, and your card details are never stored by us.
How do you handle my personal data?
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We use your details to deliver your order and answer your messages, and we do not sell them. Google Analytics only loads after you accept cookies.
What is your returns policy, in short?
You have 15 days from delivery to return an unused item, one day more than the 14 that UK law requires, with no cancellation fee. Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How do you look after customers?
By email, 7 days a week. We aim to reply within one business day, and we would rather answer a question before you order than sort out a return afterwards.

Do you sell to businesses?
Yes. Plumbers, landlords, hotels and resellers can send a bulk enquiry through the wholesale page and we will quote on the quantity they need.
Why do you sell bum towels?
Because a bidet does the washing and you still have to dry. Bum towels are a reusable way to do that.
Why is there a sink sprayer on a bidet store?
It is the same idea for a different tap: a hand shower on a hose. People use it to wash a dog, rinse hair over a basin or fill a bucket that will not fit under the spout.

Do you offer a returning customer discount?
Yes. Returning customers can use the code valued-customer at checkout for 15 per cent off the goods, not including delivery.
