General information
The information on this site is general information about our products. We keep it as accurate and up to date as we can, but details, prices and stock can change, and mistakes can happen. If a detail matters to your decision, email us to check before you order.
Product details and photos
We describe each product using the details its supplier publishes. If a detail is not published, the product page says so instead of guessing. Colours and finishes can look slightly different from one screen to the next, so a small difference between a photo and the item you receive is normal.
Fitting products to your water supply
Our hand bidet sprayers, the bidet attachment, the bidet toilet seat and the hand shower connect to your water supply or a tap. The portable travel bidet and the bum towels do not.
Installation and backflow requirements apply: follow the product instructions and the water regulations where you live, and use a qualified plumber if you are unsure. In England and Wales the rules are the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999, and in Scotland they are the Scottish Water Byelaws 2014. The rules treat a bidet spray next to a toilet as a high backflow risk, so the right backflow protection has to be in place to stop used water getting back into the drinking water supply.
Any fitting guidance on this site is general, and every bathroom is different. You are responsible for turning off the water before you start, checking for leaks when you finish and working safely. We sell online only and do not offer an installation service.
No health claims
Our bidets are washing fittings for personal hygiene and comfort. They are not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice, or a claim that a product will treat or prevent anything. If you have a question about your health, ask a doctor or pharmacist.
