What does the shop sell?
Hand held bidet sprayer kits in stainless steel, gold and black, a non electric bidet attachment for under your seat, a non electric toilet seat with a built in bidet, a rechargeable portable travel bidet, a sink sprayer attachment and bum towels.
How is the shop organised?
In three groups. Hand bidets are the hand held sprayers. Toilet bidet attachments are the under seat attachment and the bidet seat. Accessories are the travel bidet, the sink sprayer and the bum towels.
Are the prices in pounds?
Yes. Every price in the shop is in pounds sterling (GBP).
Is VAT added at checkout?
No. The store does not charge VAT, so no VAT is added to your order. You pay the price shown plus any delivery charge.
Why do some products show a crossed out price?
The crossed out figure is the product's regular price. You pay the current price shown next to it.
Why does the bidet seat have two options?
It comes as a D shape seat and an O shape seat, at the same price. Choose the shape on the product page after you have measured your toilet.
How do I choose between the D shape and O shape seat?
Measure from the seat bolt holes to the front of the rim. The D shape fits 432 mm to 480 mm and needs at least 50.8 mm between the bolt holes and the cistern. The O shape fits 406 mm to 457 mm. Both suit bolt holes 134 mm to 180 mm apart.
What comes in the stainless steel hand held sprayer kit?
The sprayer, a 1.5m stainless steel braided hose, a T-valve, a holder, screws, wall plugs, thread seal tape and a rubber washer. The gold and black kits have their contents listed on their own product pages.
What comes with the under seat attachment?
The attachment itself, with a brass T-shaped adapter and a braided steel hose for connecting it to the cold supply to your cistern.
What comes with the bidet toilet seat?
The seat and lid, a braided hose, a T-valve, a mounting plate and two bolts with fixings.
What comes with the travel bidet?
The bidet itself (the water tank and pump head), a USB charging cable and a drawstring carry bag.
Does the sink sprayer come with a tap?
No. It fits the tap you already have. In the box are the shower head, a telescopic recoil hose, a holder, the diverter valve and a brass thread connector.
What are the bum towels made of?
The supplier does not publish the fabric or the towel size, so we have not guessed. The pack contains five towels. Follow any care label on them.
Do you sell spare parts for the bidets?
Not separately. The shop lists complete kits and accessories only. If part of your kit is missing or faulty, email us with your order number.
Which products connect to the water supply?
The three hand held sprayers, the under seat attachment and the bidet seat connect to the cold supply to your cistern. The sink sprayer connects to a tap. The travel bidet and the bum towels need no connection.
Do the product pages list measurements?
Where the supplier publishes them, yes. Where a size, weight or material is not published, the page says so rather than guessing.
How do I order?
Open a product, choose an option if there is one, such as the seat shape, and add it to your cart. Keep shopping, then go to the cart and check out when you are ready.
Do I need to register before I can order?
No. You check out with your name, email address and delivery address, and there is nothing to register for.
How can I pay?
By card, processed by Stripe, or with PayPal.
Is the checkout secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal over an encrypted connection. Your card details go to them, not to us, and we never store them.
When will I get my order confirmation?
An order confirmation is emailed after payment. A second email with your tracking number follows when your order ships.
How much is delivery?
Free across the UK on orders of £75 or more. Below £75, delivery is £25. An express option is also available at £25.
How do I get free delivery?
If the goods in your cart come to £75 or more, UK delivery is free. Adding a second item, such as bum towels with a sprayer, is the usual way to get there.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched after a 24 to 48 hour handling time and arrive in 5 to 7 days.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Items in the same order may be sent in separate parcels, so one part can arrive before another.
Does the returning customer code work on delivery?
No. The code valued-customer gives returning customers 15 per cent off the goods only, not the delivery charge.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email us straight away with your order number and tell us what you need. Even after an order has shipped, you can still cancel within 15 days of delivery and send it back unused.
Can I buy several of the same product?
Yes, change the quantity in your cart. For a larger order, such as kits for several bathrooms, send an enquiry through the wholesale page.
Can I return something I bought from the shop?
Yes. You have 15 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging, with no cancellation fee. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
