Track your parcel
Your tracking number comes by email once your order has been sent.
We email you a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. Please do not email us straight after ordering to ask for it. We only get the tracking code once the parcel has actually gone, and not a moment sooner.
When your tracking number arrives
It comes in an email telling you that your order has been shipped. That email usually arrives 24 to 48 hours after you buy, which is our handling time.
Delivery across the UK then takes 5 to 7 days. If you ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Following your parcel
Use the tracking number in your shipping email to follow your parcel online. If it shows no progress, or something looks wrong, email us with your order number and we will check it for you.
Cannot find the email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, email theteam@buttwasher.net with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we will send you the tracking number again.
