Hand held sprayers
Bidet sprayer kits in stainless steel, gold and black, each with a T-valve and a braided hose. Tell us how many of each finish you need.
Toilet bidets
The non electric attachment that sits under an existing seat, and the toilet seat with a built in bidet in D and O shapes. Give us a count for each shape.
Travel bidets
The rechargeable portable bidet. It is filled from a tap and charged by USB, so there is nothing to fit.
Sink sprayers and towels
The hand shower attachment for a sink or bath tap, and reusable bum towels in packs of five.
Pricing and terms
There is no trade price list on this site. We do not publish price tiers, minimum order quantities or lead times. Each enquiry gets its own quote, based on the products and quantities you send us.
Before a bulk fit-out
If the order is for several bathrooms, check these first:
- The water supply. The hand held sprayers, the under seat attachment and the bidet seat connect to the cold water pipe that fills the cistern, through a T-valve. Each toilet needs a supply pipe that someone can get to.
- Backflow. Installation and backflow requirements apply to any bidet spray next to a toilet. Follow the product instructions and the water regulations where the building is, and use a qualified plumber if you are unsure.
- Cold water. These fittings are non electric, so the water that comes out is cold.
- Seat shape. The bidet seat comes in D and O shapes. Check the shape of each toilet pan before you give us your numbers.
- Fitting. We sell online only and do not install anything. Plan for your own plumber or fitter.

Do you supply bidets in bulk?
Yes. If you need more than a household quantity, send us an enquiry with what you need and we will put together the best quote we can.
Who can make a wholesale enquiry?
Anyone buying in quantity, including plumbers and bathroom fitters, landlords and property managers, hotels and guest houses, and resellers. Tell us who you are and what the order is for.
Which products can I order in bulk?
Anything in our range: the hand held sprayers in stainless steel, gold and black, the under seat attachment, the bidet seat in D and O shapes, the travel bidet, the sink sprayer and bum towels.
How do I ask for a wholesale quote?
Use the enquiry form on the wholesale page, or email theteam@buttwasher.net with the products, the quantities and where they need to go.
What should I put in a wholesale enquiry?
The products, the finish or seat shape, how many of each, the delivery postcode, when you need them, and whether they go to one address or several. The more detail you give, the more accurate the quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not publish one. Tell us the quantity you need and we will quote on that.
Do you publish a trade price list?
No. Bulk prices are quoted for each enquiry, based on the products and quantities you ask about.
How quickly will I hear back about a quote?
We aim to reply to emails within one business day. A quote with several products or delivery addresses can take longer to put together.
Are wholesale products the same as the ones in your shop?
Yes. We quote on the same products that are listed in the shop, with the same specifications.
Can I try a product before placing a bulk order?
Yes. You can buy a single item from the shop at the listed price and try it before you enquire about a larger quantity.
Can I mix different products in one bulk order?
Yes. List every product and quantity in your enquiry and we will quote them together.
Can I mix sprayer finishes in one order?
Yes. The hand held sprayer comes in stainless steel, gold and black, so give the quantity of each finish in your enquiry.
Which bidet seat shape should I order for several bathrooms?
Measure each toilet. The D shape fits 432 mm to 480 mm from the bolt holes to the front of the rim, and the O shape fits 406 mm to 457 mm. If the toilets differ, you may need some of each.
Can a bulk order go to more than one address?
Give us the addresses when you enquire, and we will confirm in the quote what we can do.
Can a bulk order be delivered on a set date?
Tell us the date you need it in your enquiry, and we will say in the quote whether that works.
Do you deliver bulk orders outside the UK?
We deliver across the UK. If your order is going outside the UK, say so at the start of your enquiry.
How long does a bulk order take?
Shop orders are dispatched after a 24 to 48 hour handling time and arrive in 5 to 7 days. For a bulk order, we confirm the timing in the quote, because it depends on the quantities.
Do you fit the bidets as part of a bulk order?
No. We supply the products only, and your own plumber or fitter does the installation.
What should fitters know about backflow?
A bidet spray beside a toilet counts as a high backflow risk. Installation and backflow requirements apply: follow the product instructions and the water regulations where you live, and use a qualified plumber if you are unsure.
What water supply do the fitted bidets need?
A cold supply to the toilet cistern that can be reached, because the T-valve connects there. The water stays cold, since none of the fitted bidets heats it.
Do any of the products need a power socket?
No. The sprayers, the attachment and the seat run on water pressure, and the travel bidet charges over USB.
What if the cisterns on a job are concealed?
The sprayers, the attachment and the seat all connect to the supply to the cistern, so each one needs to be reachable. Have your plumber check the bathrooms before you order.
Can I resell your products?
Tell us in your enquiry that you plan to resell, and where, and we will reply to that directly.
How do I pay for a wholesale order?
The shop takes card and PayPal. How payment works for a quoted bulk order is set out in your quote.
Can you supply specifications for a quote or a tender?
Each product page lists the specifications the supplier publishes. If something you need is not there, ask and we will try to find out.
What happens if part of a bulk order arrives faulty?
Email us with your order number and details of the faulty items, and we will sort it out with you.
Can I return part of a bulk order?
Our returns terms are on the refunds and returns page. For a large order, ask about returns before you confirm, so everyone knows where they stand.

Why buy in bulk instead of ordering through the shop?
For a large quantity, a quote lets us price the whole order at once, and you get one place to agree delivery and timing. For one or two items, the shop is simpler.
